Bob’s career spans over 30 years in the Care Sector. It started with nursing and progressed to management & ownership of Care Homes for both the elderly and those with Learning Difficulties.
His commitment to training and development and improvement of the quality of care led him to decide to work in the training industry devoting his time specifically to the promotion and development of training for the Care sector. As a Care Home Owner for people with Learning Disabilities has been a member of the Care North East Board.
Bob is responsible for the promotion and development of Arena's Care training programmes and uses his expertise to design and produce specialist tailor made up to date programmes. Bob is a fully qualified trainer, assessor and internal verifier.

Brian’s professional career also spans over 30 years. It started in the head office of a national firm of Chartered Accounts and progressed to starting his own practice with a big accent on helping businesses develop and helping businesses with a wide range of problems. The work included finances and grants, business planning, valuing, buying and selling businesses, setting companies up overseas & helping overseas companies set up in the UK and Organisation Evaluation.

Since leaving University Tim has been responsible for the Arena IT Network, IT Training of Arena Staff and induction training of new personnel. Tim runs the Arena IT Helpdesk and looks after our IT Network.
As a fully qualified trainer Tim offers a broad range of IT Training to our Customers including tailor made packages from Introductory, Basic and Intermediate as well as certificated courses.
