At Arena we pride ourselves on the quality of our staff and are committed to their continuous learning and development. This in turn reflects on high quality Staff that can support and guide Learners to achieve their awards.
All the Staff at Arena are occupationally competent and have numerous years experience in the area in which they assess.
These areas of expertise include Learning Disability, mental health, elderly, business Admin, customer services, management, IT, Childcare Learning & Development, cleaning and hospitality.
Our Training Consultants have the relevant qualifications including assessor intenal verifier, teaching certificates, NVQ's from Level 2 right through to Registered Managers Award and Management Level 4.
Each area of Learning has a Team Leader overseeing and supporting the Training Consultants offering support and guidance, who liaise with Senior Managers.
