We are an accredited centre for OCR, City and Guilds, Institute of Leadership Management, NCFE, CIEH and CACHE are contracted with Tyne and Wear and Northumberland Learning and Skills Councils to run Adult Work based Learning programmes. We are the preferred suppliers of training for the 4 North East Care Alliances (Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Durham & Tees Valley) and Business Link.
As an Investor in People organisation, Arena prides itself in having achieved the Award in 1998 then recently re-accredited in August 2004. Through our highly qualified, well- motivated team we adopt a progressive, flexible approach to the delivery of our programmes and continuously seek to improve the services we offer to our clients.
Since our launch we have built a reputation for excellent, cost effective, value added training and that has been reflected by the growth in our business. We have now expanded our business even further to the delivery of childcare and cleaning NVQ’s. Our client base includes companies such as Bondcare, Autism North, Mencap and Carewatch.
